1. Get in touch
You send an enquiry to me to tell me a little about your business!

2. 1:1 Call With Me
Before either of us commit to the project, we have a virtual call and discuss your work and goals. Afterwards, I send everything over in writing, and you confirm the go-ahead.

3. I get to work
I work my magic putting together your new brand kit and create a mock-up of your new homepage for you to review. Once you are happy we proceed t the next step!

4. I build your website
Once you’ve given the design the green light, I create your website! Once complete, I send over the link so you can review it and we do a final revision before I hand it of to you.

5. It's over to you!
I transfer ownership of your new website, along with a personalized video walking through your website. You also have lifetime access to tutorial videos walking you through updating your settings, adding images and copy.

a concept website for a fictional small-batch ceramics studio founded by Maggie and Jane. The challenge was to create an online home that balances e-commerce functionality with rich storytelling, reflecting the earthy, tactile qualities of their work.
Key features include:
A tactile brand identity; subtle background textures, progress imagery and organic illustrations weave the Toller story throughout the site.
Accessible design choices; ensuring legibility and usability across devices
Subtle animation and micro interactions; creating movement and depth without overwhelming the handmade feel
Scalable content structure; a shop, blog, and newsletter integration to support future growth
Mika*
A fictional sewing pattern brand focused on sustainable fashion, created by a solo designer to empower makers through thoughtful, eco-conscious patterns. The goal of this portfolio project was simple - design a concept website where Mika could sell directly to her customers, transitioning from Etsy, Instagram, and newsletters to a beautifully crafted Squarespace shop.
Key features include:
Brand identity: A playful yet clean design, with bold fonts and a vibrant color palette that reflect Mika’s creative energy.
Clear navigation: Intuitive menus and filters make it easy for users to find patterns, tutorials, and resources.

After we have had our 1:1 call and you’ve confirmed you’d like to go ahead, I’ll send ver your contract and an invoice for 50% of the total payment. Once you have signed and paid the first instalment, I get to work! The remaining 50% is then paid once you have approved the final website. Once payment has been received I will transfer ownership of yournew site!

I use Notion for my client portals and the access will be sent to you via email once you have confirmed the project and signed the contract. You will need to create a Notion account to access it, but it’s super simple and then you are in!

In short, every piece of information and every decision we have made about your website. I’m a big fan of clear communication and I want my process to be as transparent as possible. There will be a copy of the contract, a timeline of the project that will be updated at each step and all the resources you may need to keep your website thriving for years to come.

Yes! By now you probable know hat I’m all about user-friendly experiences, and my client portals are no different, but to be extra certain there will be a personalized video from me walking you through exactly how to use it.
